Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

I do not offer returns or exchanges on gift boxes or baskets. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I will be happy to help you.  

Because t-shirts and products are made to order, I cannot offer any exchanges due to an error in size selection-please check your sizes carefully with the sizing charts in the listings.  If there is a defect in the product, I will be happy to replace it with a photograph/evidence of the issue.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping Policy:

Free Domestic Shipping on gift boxes and gift baskets in the domestic US.  If you would like to ship a package internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska, please visit my Etsy Shop which has a great interface for international shipping at:  https://www.etsy.com/shop/BlessingsfromOhio

Most Gift Box orders ship by the next business day.  Large quantity orders for corporate gifts or weddings with multiple boxes may take up to  2 weeks to ship.  I use the USPS for package shipping and will send the tracking number.  Most orders arrive between 2-4 business days.

Shirts and other items that are made to order have a 2-5 day processing time before shipping, and we will send tracking information when it becomes available.  See shipping prices in your cart for actual shipping costs.

Please write address carefully, as any errors that cause an item to be needing reshipped to a corrected address will be charged to the buyer.

 

Returned Packages due to Incorrect address:

If an incorrect address was supplied with the order, the customer/buyer is responsible to pay any additional shipping charges if I have to resend the package.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If there is a defect in clothing or products received, you can submit a picture of the issue to [email protected] and you may not need to return the item by mail.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Refunds

Any refunded item will be based on the price paid by the customer regardless of sale or no-sale.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at withlovefromohio@gmail and I will let you know the next steps to follow and when to expect a replacement.

Returns

I will contact you with the proper address to return an item to if there is an issue.

We do not offer returns on items unless there is a defect in the quality.  Please choose sizes carefully and refer to sizing charts as I cannot process refunds or accept returns for a wrong size purchased.  I can however offer a discount if you would like to reorder.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
